And these words which I command you this day shall be upon your heart; and you shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.

Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ...

But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
To Him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.

At home children should be learning the basics of the Faith. This was promised to be taught to them at Baptism. Discovering the Faith at home not only supplements the CCD sessions, it enflames kids with God’s love. Your kids are with the effort. After all, Religion is the only science that promises a Heavenly result.

* Retreat opportunities are provided, but it is your responsibility to attend one. *
Home, the Domestic Church, is the primary place of learning. The Parental responsibility of Faith Formation does not end when a teen reaches high school years. There is only so much the Parish can do to supplement your teen's Formation. Please engage them through the Scriptures, Catechism, prayer, and quality time. When Faith is primary in the home, Disciples are formed.
You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.
